Terms of Service & E-Book License

When you purchase an e-book from E-Books by Nokora (Nokora Books), you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and store the digital files on personal devices for individual reading.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All titles, chapters, diagrams, and written expressions contained in our catalog remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and Nokora Publishing. Commercial resale, unauthorized distribution, mass forwarding, or posting to public torrent/piracy channels is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.
3. Payments & Delivery
All prices are displayed in the configured currency (INR ₹ or equivalent) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Electronic delivery of digital files occurs upon transaction authorization via supported gateways (PayU, SMEPay, Direct Payment Link).
4. Account Security
If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Nokora Books reserves the right to terminate access if malicious scraping or abusive download patterns are detected.
