How soon will I receive my e-book after paying?
Instantly! For PayU and SMEPay payments, you are automatically redirected to the download portal within seconds of transaction approval. For Direct Payment Link / UPI, as soon as payment is confirmed, downloads are activated in your dashboard.
What file formats are included with each purchase?
All e-books purchased on Nokora Books include both PDF and EPUB files. PDF is great for reading on computers or tablets with fixed formatting, while EPUB is reflowable and perfect for Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo, and smartphones.
How do I load EPUB books onto my Kindle device or Kindle app?
Amazon Kindle natively supports EPUB! You can simply send your downloaded .epub file to your Kindle email address (found in your Amazon account settings under Content & Devices), or use Amazon's official web uploader at amazon.com/sendtokindle.
How does the Direct Payment Link / UPI option work?
At checkout, select "Direct Payment Link / UPI / QR Code". You can either click the direct payment link or scan our official UPI QR code with GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm. Enter the 12-digit UTR/Transaction Reference from your bank receipt into the checkout box and submit. Our system records your order and unlocks your downloads.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, 100%. Nokora Books does not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. All online transactions are routed through Level-1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (PayU, SMEPay) over 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I re-download my e-books in the future if I change devices?
Absolutely. If you create an account during or after purchase using the same email address, all your purchased titles are permanently stored in your personal "My E-Book Library" with lifetime download access.
